Pantone Color of the Year, for Your Nails-by Habit

Finding that perfect nail polish is tough. Finding the right color, the right brand… and for me, finding one that can only be removed with nail remover instead of everything else, including dish soap. No matter what brand of polish I’ve worn in the past, washing dishes has been my worst enemy. It inevitably leaves my polish chipped and peeling off within seconds. But not this time.
Allow me to introduce to you Habit Cosmetic’s nail polish. Made with Myrrh Extract to help strengthen and protect your nails, Habit Cosmetic is vegan free, cruelty free, and gluten free. It’s also one of the ‘five free’ polishes, meaning it doesn’t contain the top five harmful chemicals normally found in other polishes (Toulene, Formaldehyde, Camphor, etc.). You can also rest assure that your nails will still look as gorgeous as when you first painted them a week later, even after washing dishes.
This year’s color, which also happens to be THE color for 2018, is Vapor https://www.goodearthbeauty.com/nail-polish-vapor-lavender-shimmer-non-toxic , which also happens to be the Pantone color of the year Ultra Violet. A ‘dramatically provocative’ and ‘thoughtful’ purple shade which communicates originality, ingenuity, and visionary thinking that points us toward the future. When you wear this shade, you’ll feel calm and enlightened. One could even describe the color as giving us that ‘ethereal’ feeling, one of light and exquisiteness.
2018 is all about empowerment, enlightenment, and knowledge, so why not represent that with your nails? The perfect foil to all black this winter, a pretty Spring color and a terrific summer color against white. I think this is my new favorite neutral.
