Put toothpaste on your toothbrush. Squirt a small amount of solution over the toothpaste before brushing. Brush, rinse, floss. Squirt more solution on the bristles of a second dry brush, without toothpaste, then brush again without rinsing. You can gargle but the second brushing seems more effective. 8 oz bottle
