Fleas can’t stand to be around the essential oils of peppermint rosemary, eucalyptus, and citronella and we’ve included them all in safe amounts for your dog in our Flea and Tick formula for Dogs If your dog has a lot of fleas or ticks, you'll want to rub this all over them (and be outside preferably away from home so they don't come right back in). After the initial treatment, you can just drop the oil into the fur back by shoulders, neck, and at the base of the spine (top of the tail) either every day or every other day to keep those pesky little fleas and ticks away!
